Location is outside of Dusseldorf, an easy 15 minute train ride into town. I don't know if this is a continuing program, but the hotel gave us passes for the rail/bus/subway system, saving us money unexpectedly. The hotel is quiet, despite being adjacent to the main rail line into the city - no problems with noise during the night. Note that there are limited dining facilities in the town - and the hotel couldn't feed us one night, so be sure to reserve for dinner if not eating in the city. Big.
