The staff, everyone that we came across, were more than excellent, without exception.   From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and remained that way throughout our stay. Ideal location to explore Cologne. The whole stay was perfect. - Hotel was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Our room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the Dom.

  We were staying in xl Art room overlooking the River Rhine. It was well worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close, easy to reach Koelnmesse, shopping area/centre only 15 min. On foot. Room size was great, and clean. Added bonus: coffee maker (tablet). The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
