  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   Truely new and luxurious hotel, defintely worth 4 stars (i'd say allmost 5), excellent bar with barkeeper really making the best of all his servings. Afterwards perfectly taken care of error (can happen) on invoice. - Unfortunately I had to be admitted to hospital whilst staying at the hotel.   Very nice hotel with good public transportation to city center. Swimming pool, sauna and steam pool were free of charge. - Hotel staff was excellent and very very helpful. All around great staff.
