  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   Rauhallinen ja hiljainen - Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome.
