Close to the tram station "Merten" walking distance to super
market, taxi readily available when required, breakfast is served
timely,clean rooms, friendly, honest and helpful staff, good wifi, good
to have tea and coffe in room, near to mainroad, easy to find location.
We stayed in the quadruple room and found it comfortable and spacious, the shower was hot and the beds very comfortable, both of which were very welcome after our long drive. Breakfast buffet good.kaikki arvostelut »

location is in a small village close to Koln and the airport with good links to motorways. Breakfasts good rooms good price good.

Room in need of renovation, especially bathroom. Called like naughty
children to come for breakfast if we neared the deadline for finish of
breakfast (never seen that before). Towels were very worn.
Significant road construction in the area(Oct 2013), which made taking the train into the city a much better option than driving. The staff members weren't quite rude, but awful close to it - and if you're going to arrive after 9pm, you'd better call them, otherwise, no one will be there to greet you.
Poor welcome from the receptionist, felt we were disturbing her day.
It was too noisy.Doors were not sound- proof ,and every noise from the
corridor can be heard.This is acctually not a hotel but a motel ,and
price should be cheaper.
the internet wasn't working properly and very complicated to log on. our rooms where in the third floor and there is no elevator in the hotel we had to drag our luggage.
