  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.   The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable.   Contrary to some negative reviews, we found the breakfast great and the staff helpful and visibly eager to please as they busied about their different tasks. Great value for money and close to town, forget about your car for 4€ a day and visit Berlin on public transport - Sbahn just 3 minutes from the hotel. - Room was spacious and clean.   Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean.
