The staff is nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is right. The tram station is a few steps away from the hotel. There is a nice park across the street. There is only one-time cleaning service charge and only after you check out thus daily cleaning is not necessary with customers who don't want to be disturbed. The internet connection is simple and very good. apartment was clean, the lady there very nice and she is trying her best she called many time in order to give the key before 17:00 kitchen fitted with everything. internet working for well, M4 stop few meters away from the place.
kaikki arvostelut » The apartment was clean, big and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The receptionist is very nice, he speaks fluent English and is very helpful. The location is great: u just need to take M4 and u get to Alexander Platz. Nice apartment with very good facilities. Free stable Wi-Fi. Beautiful park with a lake nearby. Easy transport by tram. Interior, kitchenette, terrace was nice, rooms were comfortable. clean, nice location in Berlin. Clean and comfortable. We got the key and never saw anybody from the service - you can go back at any time. The hotel is in an old building so it is very quiet. The way to city center is quite fast, it has good access to the motorway (no need to go through the city). This part of Berlin is quite extinct - there are no museums and galleries. There are some stores and and oiental restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai and Indian). Just the position and tha car park. We wish that the hotel had some office equipment such as computer and printer reserved for customers with occasional uses (printing boarding pass is one of them). the location seems to me very faraway, no body available after 17:00, if you need something you have to call the lady. due to the location near the road, some apartment can be noisy. The reception is not always open, so there is a number given that u can call in case u need anything when the reception is closed. However the person who answers does not speak English that can pose a problem. The bathroom was kind of old-fashioned, not very commfortable, the tissues were of bad quality. The hotel doesn't have a working reception. For everything visitors are invited to call a hotline, which is not always answering. There was no elevator. smoke of cigatetts was in the rooom. Reception is not always open. People doesnt speak in english and are not very friendly. We have to pay by cash. I ordered a room with a patio, and got one without. Guy said that it was necessary to choose the appropriate option at letsbookhotel.com (and I have chosen such a room and had it on the confirmation) and a room with a patio is already taken. One of beds was broken, the rest of them creaked with every movement. The parking lot entrance is very narrow. Room without the window, receptionist did not speak english and disappear after our arrive. We did not see any sauna.
