  Highly recommended - we loved Vater Rhine for all the best reasons. and what a superb outlook over the Rhine. Pleasure craft/cruisers and working barges passing in either direction. Very large room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts in cosy surroundings. We would have loved to have stayed longer on our return journey from Bavaria. This hotel is right on the Rhein River, and my room looked out right onto the river, great view! The area is charming with a prominade for eating and drinking.
