we've slept at this hotel since it located not to far from the Lego Land I must recommend on a great restaurant, 7 min walking from the hotel, which was recommended to us by the guy in the front desk Nice and clean rooms! There is an air condition in each room. Consistency of stanadard of service which is very good.Staff very helpful.Large beds which are fairly comfortable, good shower which is important.

Cleaning of the room. nothing. Located next to a main street, so we couldn't open the window at night, but on the other hand, it had double glazing windows, so acoustically, it was fine. Struggling to think of something here.Would prefer breakfast to start at 6.00 am. Not so close to the city center, but train station in 1 minute from the door. breakfast was very basic. Could be better. Not particularly close to town but we worked out the trams to get from there to the city in the end. It is a little far from munchen, so if you want to go to munchen every day, you will spend 25 euros in tickets to train. Noise coming from the main street. Even though I requested a quiet room facing the parking space behind the hotel, they did not comply with my request. being woken up before 9am,lack of newspapers,lack of ability to purchase food and get advice after 10pm. everything was perfectly ok!. Too much noise if you room is situated on the road side. The location is quite far from the train station. La atención cambia con el recepcionista. Must have a car to get to the city centre. not friendly staffs, especially Administration: I'm from Russia and I needed fiscal document about paying. A Man printed a page and said it was legal in his country, but in my was not! Just on next day another administrator put a stump on doc and sighed it. But It's strange relation to customer. it will be better to pay by credit card!. Low effiencient reception. I didn't like the guy working the front desk at night. No greeting, just looked at me, extremely ice cold in his answers. Seemed extremely uninterested in assisting me or answering any of my simple questions. The lady who worked the front desk in the morning was extremely helpful. Her hospitality was awesome. Extremely poor breakfast. Difficult to communicate with registration. Also you advertise free wi- fi however you can't get the login without it being sent to your mobile phone. This does not work if you are out of the country without a mobile phone. He would not give us access any other way. This was very disturbing therefore of all the hotels I have booked this trip I would not stay there again. staff is very agreesive specially at the reception. room is just doing the job nothing extra. Location was poor. I have to say, Augsburg has lots of history and is actually quite pretty. I do not understand why the people are so unfriendly. They just want you to leave! Driving around and finding your way is also a problem. Very poor breakfast. the fact that there was no staff!!!!!!!!!!!.
