  We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue.   It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect.   Rooms were of a good size clean and comfy, the included breakfast was very good and very well presented both hot and cold. it was very good that the bus and tram stops were only a 5 minute walk away as we did not have a car, and by bus or tram the U bahn and S bahn were only 5 or 10 minutes away. all staff seemed friendly and professional but so... mitä ihmiset sanovat » me did not speak english so brush up on some German if you want to be understood - Beds were very comfortable. Separate shower and toilet areas with sinks in each were great. Free bottle of water and nice fridge were pluses. The free fitness center had lots of space and equipment. Lots of available parking.
