This is an aparent hotel which is equipped with everything you may want for either staying in and eating or eating at their facilities.   We had just arrived from an Edinburgh flight. I had never been in Toulouse before and there were a fair number of diversions. However we found the place , had a good meal not far away and a good nights sleep. We were travelling to a family wedding N/E of albi on route d999 and it was easy to get out of the town and onto the road we needed.   The hotel was clean, secure (including the car park arrangements) and well organised. We shared with friends who used the fold out bed in the lounge, so it needs a bit of organisation for privacy, which was fine. Other reviews refer to an 'unsafe' area. A good 20 minutes walk to the centre, more if you stop at shops and cafes, but metro is - Privilege Appart was very convenient. Also the secure parking was very useful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed to eat in.
