  The hotel was in a great location, right on the river and not a far walk at all from the center of Toulouse, Toulouse Centerville. We had a room with the river view, which was wonderful. The staff was simply outstanding - very friendly and very helpful. The soundproofing in the hotel was great. The rooms were very quiet.   I had stayed at this small, friendly Hotel St Claire on my last trip and was very happy to return as I find the staff exceptionally welcoming, attentive and happy to help (in English and/or French as you wish). I like its pleasingly light, stylish decor, with rooms designed to be calm and restful. Hotel is only approx. 700m from train station..4 blocks down Alle Jean Jarres and 1 block in. Easy to find. Nice breakfast in the morning too. We loved our stay here. Would definitely go back.
