Convient to train station. Nice staff.

It was close to the train station (about 5 mins walk) and relatively
central. The wifi access was pretty good too.

There were some homeless people crossing the street who were
drugged/drunk all the time and didn't stop yelling all night
long. The police came once but couldn't arrest them. We stayed
two nights and everyone in the neighborhood seemed to find the
situation normal.
Very small bathroom.
There was only 2 power points in room, one above the cupboard and one
powering the world's noisiest toilet. The walls were so thin and a
woman spent all night talking on the phone which was clear to hear. The
bathroom was so small it couldn't even accommodate a toilet roll
holder and I had to go into room to dry off. I really just wanted to see
Carcassonne and would've been better off getting a hotel there.
