  What is not to like about this place. David was an excellent host. His attention to dental re the room and bathroom was first class. The terrace outside our room to sit and have a quite drink, was an added bonus. - Very helpful en hospital host, clean and nice accommodation, good breakfast.

  The owners and their family were extremely charming, welcoming, thoughtful and helpful - you couldn't wish for more. The rooms and bathrooms were large, delightful and immaculate. Breakfast was more than you could possibly eat ! - and included homemade yogurt and jams. Very peaceful location - just a little too far to walk into Saumur in the ev... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ening, but simple access by car. We also found some excellent restaurants locally. Ample parking immediately outside the property. We'd certainly go - We were welcomed on arrival by a delightful family, who made us feel very comfortable in their lovely home. Our hosts helped with places to eat in town, and had suggestions of more places to visit. The swimming pool was made available, and breakfasts were excellent. A very enjoyable 3 days.

  I stayed here in September / October 2013. The house is dated from the 18th century and surrounded by a huge park. It has been taken over by Patricia last autumn and since then she is constantly busy improvement of the rooms aswell as the apartments. I had the chance to see them all and can very much recommend the "Gîte vert" and "chambre du tour"... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . The gîtes are equipped with a kitchenette. Don't forget to bring towels and bed sheets, they are not included in the price! Otherwise they are to be - The hotel was excellent and in a great location. We stayed in the tower room which was full of character. The owner was very friendly and helpful and recommended somewhere for us to eat in the town which is only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was good and although we did not use the pool, it looked in very good condition.
