  We stayed only 2 nights in Fabrice's beautiful home in the heart of Rennes but wish we had stayed much longer! The room was elegant, quiet, and so comfortable that we were only sorry our visit was so brief because the location is perfect for visiting the old city.   Our room was near the back - it was large, light, modern, with a spacious bathroom, good shower, good coffee maker/espressso machine (once we had figured out how to use it). Noise wasn't a problem. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - walking distance from old town.
