  Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked!   We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area.   Apartments are modern, spacious (for France!) and clean. Smallish 130cm deep swimming pool (over 10 people made it very crowded) good steam room and small sauna, all clean. Attractive reception area; well stocked and attractive bar. Breakfast and dinner adequate for a couple of meals but very limited menu and some dishes not very good. Well priced compared with other residence - The Hotel is very modern (built in 2012?) but blends nicely with the surroundings. Our room was very nicely furnished, complete with full and modern kitchen units and utensils ...including an induction cooker and a dishwasher. It was a very welcome change from old ski lodges where the kitchen utensils are easily showing their age. Skiing out of and into the Hotel ski room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and never looked for tips.

  We have stayed here before. It is an excellent location for skiing in Meribel without being right in the centre of Meribel which is noisy and expensive. The bubble takes about 25mins to get to Chaudanne.   the location of the hotel and the modern decor of the whole hotel had an amazing feel to it. the staff were amazingly helpful and very nice. will definately stay there again - The bar, the sauna, it is very near the slopes
