The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in
time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed,
including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for
us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez. Our room (junior suite)
was perfect for us Americans who are used to more space and privacy

Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and
comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered
a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was
friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we
were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to
buy

Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities.
Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna.

Everything except location but if you don't mind taking a free (till 00:00) shuttle (Audi q7 or BMW x5) from the hotel to the city centre or beach it is perfect. I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.
