  Loved the warm welcome from the owners. The room was large, clean and had a lovely view over the garden. The bathroom modern and lovely shower the toilet being just outside the room was not the problem I thought it was going to be as it was 'ours' . The breakfast was fresh and lots of homemade items such a great start to the day. We only booked t - I travelled with a friend from the West Midlands and used La Ferme du Scardon as a one night stopover en-route to Hermanville near Caen. The owner was very welcoming and spoke a little english which with my elementary french was enough to get by. The room was very clean and comfortable with a shower en-suite and a private toilet just outside. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. One word of warning, there is no facility for card payments so it is cash only. Altogether a very pleasant stay.
