  Great staff. Polite but informal. They all responded well to an emergency (power-cut), Very good food and wine - easily 1 star Michelin and getting near 2 in my opinion. - excellent food, good atmosphere, log fire in the lounge, comprehensive breakfast, Spa was good

  The Le Château D'etoges is so beautiful and the staffs are very nice. We would like to stay one more day but unfortunately they were fully booked. - Everything.............perfect place for champagne....perfect food and perfect service....second to none,
