  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (and bathrooms) were fantastic. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.

  It's a small beautiful hotel placed in the center of Epernay. Three min walk to Moet n Chandon.   We stayed 2 nights - Laure met and greeted us on arrival - a very warm, friendly and helpful person. Nothing is too much for her to do. The 2 rooms she rents out are at ground entry level and perfect for coming and going without disturbing anyone. There are 2 choices of recently renovated rooms to rent and they both have separate lounges ...Lau... mitä ihmiset sanovat » re spoils you with her home cooked biscuits and cakes and a great breakfast! she also will drive and pick you up from the train station. Well position - We liked the warm welcome by Laure, even though we arrived a bit early and were asked to take stroll in Epernay, which was nice.The room was as expected, nicely furnished, very good bed. We knew that the toilet was behind the curtain and the shower in the room and it did nit bother us. We had dinner and Laure prepared a nice meal starting with tomato soup, then tarte with salmon, meatballs in tomato sauce, cheese platter and a cheese cake accompanied by a bottle of Champange.

  This is a wonderful place to stay while exploring the Champagne region of France. Very spacious and comfortable. We would go back there again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling that way. - The room was absolutely gorgeous. Large; almost like our own apartment. Wonderfully decorated. Very nice family.
