  The welcome; the "orangerie" room, as My Wife had recently had a hip operation and was still using sticks; the delicious meals and service; the gardens surrounded by old trees. The best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time - and we travel quite a lot! - Magnificent place to stay. Very kind personnel and great delicious food.   Perhaps the prettiest hotel we stayed at in a month of travelling through France. The hostess was very welcoming, the room beautifully decorated, and the hotel is in a very old historical building right on the riverfront. There was a lovely garden outside for evening aperitifs, and the breakfast was the best we had in a month. - Lovely situation ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » on the banks of the Seine.. step outside the garden and watch the barges go by. Bedroom was not huge but interestingly furnished and a lovely view up to the chateau perched on the cliff. Amazing breakfast, probably the best we have ever had in France. So much choice! Easy to find a parking space just outside.
