  My partner and I chose to stay overnight at this hotel for its restaurant Le Royal. In the Michelin app it is listed as 'Traditionnel, Classique'. And that's exactly what it is. Good gourmet food for a very reasonable price; a three-course menu for under €30 is excellent value including a cheese trolley and/or dessert trolley! Overall the hotel is a bit dated but at the price is good value for mo - Our room (superior double) was good and the bathroom, huge but our friend's (single) room was very small.   The staff were really friendly, they had lots of information/leaflets for tourists and, as someone who has never visited Troyes (but have wanted to for years) I was thrilled with the hotel's proximity to the charming, historic city centre.
