Great location and wonderful property. The chateau dates back over 300 years, but has been very tastefully updated, maintaining the historical nature while adding wonderful amenities. Spacious suites (3 rooms)--the bathroom and bedroom were to die for. The breakfast was very sumptuous with homemade breads, jams, and jogurt, plus cheese, cold meats, fruit, etc. M Bernard was an extremely gracious and helpful host. We would come back in a moment !! A 10 out of 10.

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. The house is beautiful, has clearly been remodelled with the help of an interior designer and the suite we stayed in had the most luxurious and extravagant of bathrooms. The decor is incredible throughout. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Strasbourg and the owner, Anne, is charming and highly attentive. We would very strongly recommend this hotel.

I loved how Margaret and Philippe practically ran out to greet us as we arrived, giving us a tour of the house and our room while asking if they could help make dinner reservations or other plans. M & P were most gracious, serving a delicious breakfast and chatting with us, regaling humorous stories.
If in the area again, I would most definitely spend a couple of nights at La Haute Grange!!

Very well located B&B on quiet road by the ramparts and within walking distance of all the main sights and restaurants of Selestat. Very spacious 2-roomed apartment with comfortable double bed and separate single room, lovely shower room and outside seating area. We were met by a friend of the owner who was charming and extremely helpful and also made us a superb breakfast (including wheat-free bread for me).
