  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable.   This is definitely a hotel, that I would recommend. The location is very calm and yet you reach Nice and the other interesting places in the French Riviera with serveral minutes of driving.
