  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.
