  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away. Thank you!

Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable.   My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants.
