  The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram station, so travel was fast, cheap and easy. The room was very large for Europe, the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages.   Location - The staff was very helpful, breakfast excellent, the location good, just a few metres from the metro stop. The room was nice and specious. - This hotel was amazing! Hard time to find it, but we managed. The french really don't want to speak english.

  The facilities were great and the staff was extremely helpful. We asked for restaurant suggestions and the man at the front desk asked several questions in order to find a restaurant that best fit our needs. It was also nice to go to a hotel where it was not a huge problem that we could not speak much (or any) French.   Great hotel! Very friendly, helpful staff who all had great english. Rooms were cosy and clean, and had a lovely parisian atmosphere. Bathrooms were also large and very clean. Rooms had tea making facilities. Hotel was very centrally located, with a metro station only around the corner, aswell as many resturaunts, cafes and shops.
