  The room was very clean and the bed was good! Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent location between gare du nord and gare de l'est, nearby metro! - Staff were very friendly and didn't mind speaking English. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Excellent powerful shower.

  а comfortable hotel located near the metro station Place d'Italie. The hotel room was perfectly clean, the staff was friendly, all the services was fine. In close distace there are lots of cafes. Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast cost additional 8 euros per day per person, but it was tasty and cheap within the average cost of meal in Paris. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after.   Location is perfect. Also free wifi is a huge plus - we lived on 2 floor and wifi worked fine. Room was small but clean and stuff very friendly - Good location, center of the city. It very close to the metro station. Very kind women in reception. Clean & Good price.

The rooms are on the small side as one should expect in Paris but clean, comfortable and quiet.   The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.   Very close to the metro station, that was perfect for me - very friendly and efficient staff, good location, the metro is just near the hotel door, so it is comfortable to commute to the centre of the city.
