  Excellent location, especially for those who plans to take or give back a rented car at Gare de Lyon train-station. Very close to the metro station. Clean and well decorated, but I expected much more from the rooms based on the Booking com pictures of the hotel. Some staff was friendly and helpful. Some – not. Not even 1/2 block away is the metro- and a gorgeous park 2 blocks away- perfect for runners and strollers. Don't miss the boulangerie across the street.

  Everything. Staff was so kind and helped us in many ways ( especially with the luggage lost by the airline). They will remember me for the rest of their life.   Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.
