  The staff were welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good by Paris standards.   Everything was excelent. We had a great time there. It was very clean, cozy and the staff was really helpful. I have read a few reviews with negative feedback regarding the location and I totally disagree. The location is really good. There is a shuttle on every 30min which takes you directly to the downtown (it takes appr.10min). This place would be magic in Summer however it snowed hard on the second day we arrivd which made for an adventure in itself. The staff were so friendly and for the price and location this place is the best and would stay again.

Position of the hotel was also very good (few steps from 3 metro stations), few meters from Moulin Rouge and about 10 minuts by foot from Galery Laffayet and Sacre Coeur. - We had such a great stay at this hotel. The attention to detail in the decor is truly outstanding, (down to co-ordinated electrical outlets inside the wardrobes). Very comfortable beds, very modern all over hotel, managed to get the pool/spa to ourselves for over an hour. Friendly staff too, made to feel very welcome. - Five star boutique hotel.
