  Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   The hotel is in a busy spot but with the window closed, you can't hear a thing - aircon too, so not too hot during the night. Room was fine, big enough for 2 and we were out and about anyway.   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.
