  All staff were friendly and professional. The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.

  The front desk personel was very efficient and kind to assist us from getting a taxi, giving info on how to get to places, parking and where to find things, up to rapidly getting a doctor for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The hotel is located between 2 subways and there is a large train station around the block. Also there are 3 pharmacies with a 1/2 mile of the hotel which was extremely helpful when I came down with a bad cold. I recommend this hotel to couples who want to explor
