The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. Location and friendly staff.The decor in the room though the bathroom paper was coming off the wall- bathroom looked more "used". The staff were absolutely superb asalways - reception, at breakfast and the chambermaids we met on thecorridors. All to be commended.

Room was clean and served all our needs. Breakfast was easy and adequate. Very clean hotel and room with nice big double bed, friendly staff and a cosy breakfast room. one block away from underground (parmentier station). clean rooms, very close to metro station, quiet neighbourhood. Close to the Metro. Good value for money.TV and bed. It is a newly renovated hotel and quite clean. Also the location isgreat, very close to beautiful Marais area and Republique plus easyaccess to bus (there is a stop infront of the hotel which passes inevery 9-10 min towards St Germain-de-Pres) and two metro stops.it was relatively clean and easy access to the metro. very modern as well. The hotel was fairly well located, with lots of lively bars and restaurants nearby and not too far a walk from the Marais area. There were also lots of metro stations nearby, so it was a good base for exploring Paris.Location. Room was small but clever design ensured that it was not much of a disadvantage.Room was as small as it could be without being impossible. buffet breakfast was very nice but poor. could add some cheese, ham and eggs, at least! apart from that, quite tasty!. breakfast was very poor. Room and bathroom smaller than expected and no drawer space, but these are only minor points and did not spoil our stay there.Small French breakfast - could not be reduced from the bill, so had to take it or leave it. The room was too small. Actually this is not a big deal since it wasclean and easy-to-use however for 2 persons it was really small.the bathroom was too small. the room itself was very small. the air conditioner didn't work and we had to keep turning it on every few minutes. Our room was quite small and pretty basic, so we didn't feel like spending much time in the hotel to be honest. We were slightly disappointed, but overall it was fine. Not having stayed anywhere else in Paris, we don't know if it represented good value or not.The room smelled so bad that a window had to be open all the time. i cannot use facility of fitness and sauna because the owner of the hotel was changed.it is rediculous.
