  We stayed at Belle Epoque appartment. First of all, owners are very friendly and pleasent people. Appartment is renowated recently, well equiped, The house itself is located in a private yard with plenty of trees.There are still some works to do in exterior, but it does not spoil your feeling to be at a cozy and safe place. Weliked also the location of the Villa, near to the beach, to some supermarkets, to the bus stations. Our appartment was fully equipped. Everything was comfortable. The next time we will stay here.

We were spending our last night on the Cote d'Azur at La Maison du Semanaire and the setting and value could not have better served our needs. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
