  Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. We were spending our last night on the Cote d'Azur at La Maison du Semanaire and the setting and value could not have better served our needs.   The kids loved the hotel because of the playstation downstairs and the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. We loved the friendly staff in the restaurant and the great food - we had breakfasts and dinners there. They made us feel welcome all the way, they even gave the kids presents when we arrived! Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk.   I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. Their information, advice, - A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town. The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus. If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.
