  We checked in late at night and the reception desk really was 24/7 which seems to be rare in France. They spoke English and Spanish as well as French making communication easy. The bed was sort of comfortable, but when I sat on the end corner of it it broke. The mattress fell through the frame because of a few missing wooden support struts.   Location is perfect to see everything in Nantes. Hotel is modern and room was large with little kitchette and frig to cook and to keep things there (we didn't but maybe next time with more days). Bed was good and had goos support for our backs. The Reception staff were very helpful.
