Really good location, a few minutes walk from station and Tram stop. Converted church - Deluxe room I had for 2 nights was well laid out and unusual, adequate space but not overly spacious. Room had bath and area was quiet. cross from Jardin, a really nice garden to wander through. Staff were very warm, helpful, English spoken. Would stay here again. The hotel building is amazing!! We had a deluxe room that overlooked reception. We could see the stained glass windows while lying in the bed. The staff were very pleasant and took our bags and showed us to our room. The bath was lovely for a relaxing soak after a walk round the park opposite. The bath salts provided were a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast room tastefully done, food good, and service great. Lovely park next door to stroll through, and parking on site a bonus. The staff was very helpful and courteous including with the scheduling of taxis for me, answering any questions I had, scheduling wake up calls, etc. The room was great - I enjoyed the extras like the coffee maker, IPOD dock, water, welcoming chocolate. Everything about the hotel and the staff. Location is across from the train station, the interior design and furnishings are so creative. I also had a problem connecting to my trip and each shift of the staff was wonderful in their efforts to help me. Excellent choices for breakfast options. Hot showers, warm light room. The staff were very helpful. They provided a replacement phone charger and made toast soldiers with my boiled egg! Their cafe recommendations suited our palate and price range. We had an excellent reception by staff. We also received some good tips for making our way around the city. Rooms are certainly special and nicely designed. The bed is one of the best you will find in hotels. Superb boutique hotel located next to the train station, next to a beautiful botanical garden and next to the Anne de Bretagne castle. The room we had was quite small which makes it a little difficult if you have 2 large suitcases. However, that is the only criticism we could offer. The hotel doesn't serve meals in the evening so you are forced to walk out. Location and poorly lit dark carpark Room was very small but very atmospheric. the room was not very practical for two, concerning wardrobe and space. closet irritating system and no hooks to hang jackets. the lightning could be better for reading in bed. Nothing. a bit simple breakfast. Everything was wonderful. I was charged €30 for a digestif. The man who served me should have mentioned the price. Nothing we didn't like. Room service food is terrible. Very expensive and is pre cooked. Do not ask for room service!. shower didn't work. more attention to form here, than to function. staff needs to make sure infrastructure can meet design. Was a little out of centre. Shower curtain inadequate. Having to ask for the air con to be turned on or off...although they were very happy to do that. no air con working and mini bar was not cold. No rooms big enough for 4 people. Room very small (I'm talking about the middle range room) and not confortable. The only place to put the suitcase is in front of the door!.
