  The Aubèrge de Montségur is the most exquisite little inn located in delightfullly small village which reminds me a lot of Brigadoon. There is something other-worldly about this place. One almost feels as if one has stepped back several hundred centuries. It is a perfect fairytale inn in a perfect fairytale village. After trekking up the mountain to the Chateau, I was ravenous. Dinner was delicious. The manageress was welcoming, friendly and spoke English, She organised a taxi locally for my return to Foix.
