trust me, you wont find any other place worth the money more than this one.
if you're not a fussy one to walk in and out for 10 mins to the metro, then this is gonna be your best pick !
some reviews mentioned minor (-)s about the equipments, but we didnt see any. comfy, spacious, and perfect location. too good to be true, but it really is !.

Friendly owner of apartment, nice design, cosy furniture, very clean, big windows, room full of light, close to the city centre.
Appartment wasn't clean / ready on arrival at 17h30. It was in a
very old building on the 4th floor with no lift. Every day there was
leaking plumbing in the entrance from the street and it stank. We killed
2 to 3 cockroaches every day.
Last floor, narrow dark stairs, no lift.
