Four independant gîtes located on "Château Neureux" Country Estate in the Auvergne. The holiday homes are full of character and charm. They have been completely renovated and are equipped with all modern appliances. All natural and traditional elements have been carefully preserved. Through the courtyard you have access to these four cottages. All cottages have a private entrance to living area with modern comfort and as well sleeping area with both, double and bunk beds. Two cottages adjacent to each other have views over the estate and also look out on to the spacious, atmospheric "courtyard". The other two adjoining cottages overlook the great castle where young and old will enjoy. A Perfect holiday guaranteed for large groups, to maintain for everyone some privacy. Given the four cottages full fill all outbuildings of the castle; you will fully enjoy the whole estate and its facilities. The Castle is the oldest building in the village of Lurcy. It is packed with history. The castle was completely rebuilt in the 17th century. It was taken over by the King of France in the 18th century as a residence for his officers. It is a very special place to stay. The open space and the natural beauty of the surrounding area are something to savour and enjoy.
