  On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The room we booked was 'The Lady' which was very clean and well appointed with its own private balcony overlooking Nice and the hills beyond. The villa is perfectly situated near to the old port with direct bus routes to the airport and and Monaco. We loved the setting and will miss the - Outstanding, wonderful place to stay. Each room is artistically designed and the owner did most of the art. Very friendly reception and a warm, welcoming breakfast each day. Considering the high price of hotels in Nice, this is a wonderful difference both in terms of value but also in terms of a unique, one-of-a-kind gem of a Nice experience.
