  The room was nice and clean and there was enough room for a baby bed, suitcases and other stuff. The personnel was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently.   Excellent location and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay. Perfect if you´re looking for a combination of dining out, city walks, comfort and a bit of seaside. Promenade des Anglais only 5 minutes walk away and the place itself is in the middle of the famous shopping and restaurant district. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. Even though it's an old property that would need some decorational work, there were no funny smells or mold in the ro - Cozy small room with French doors to tiny balcony overlooking busy tourism plaza, festive environment, not quiet solitude. In room microwave oven, tiny fridge and hot water maker were convenient for snacks.
