  Perfect, central location for exploring Paris. Very nice room with amenities like tea maker, safe, hair dryer, mini-bar. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, high ceiling and big, surprisingly sound-proof window. Staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful.   Our stay was like a dream come true. We loved the old paintings, spiral stairs, velvet, exposed beams and historical ambiance. The location is amazing--just steps away from Centre Pompidou. Norte Dame is also very near and makes a great nighttime stroll.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room.   The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  The hotel was very good comparing to other hotels (more expensive then this one) where I stayed in Paris. Nice, modern facilities. The hotel was recent renovated and it is in very good shape. It is clean, no complains about that. The only thing that I disliked was the room which was very small. The bathroom small but decent. The arrondisement in which the - Nicely located on a quiet pedestrian street just off the Seine, across from Notre Dame. Awesome location. Air conditioning was great and quiet for sleeping. Lovely, newly remodeled room and bathroom with nice shower. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on our arrival. The room is very small - but that's what you get in Paris if you don't pay a fortune. I would definitely stay there again.
