  The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected.   Staff were great, location ideal for beach, shopping and restaurants and as a base to visit other locations such as Monaco, Villefranche and Beaulieu and proximity to airport. Having its own beach immediately opposite the hotel with the restaurant is a distinct advantage .   The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required.
