  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  Fabulous location and wonderful staff made our first experience to Nice a memorable one. We would most certainly return and use the facilities again. Spacious, light and airy, fabulous wet room, large fridge, small kitchenette with double ring, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has a tram stop just outside, and it's cheap (1 euro 50) to get to the city centre / seafront. The train station Nice Riquier is a 10- minute walk away and it's one stop to the lovely resort of Villefranche.

  The building is brand new, therefore Really Clean! I loved it. Just a block away from the TRAM's Station and less than 10 mn to Place Massena for 1 euro and 50 cents. I ended up invited by Bruno the manager for a nice expresso. Electronic keys, the light pops up automatically the minute you get out of the elevator or walk in the hall.   The kids loved the hotel because of the playstation downstairs and the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. We loved the friendly staff in the restaurant and the great food - we had breakfasts and dinners there. They made us feel welcome all the way, they even gave the kids presents when we arrived! There is a tramway close by. - This was a fantastic hotel to stay in as we had a toddler with us who loved the pool. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.

  The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there. - We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy.

  Loved the stuff, just SO friendly (excpect when i showed up at 3 a.m. and the door was locked and I had to wake up the owner:P). The location is really good considering it's Nice (10 minutes walk from the centre), really close to tramway and the railway.
