That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station. The public areas on the ground floor were accessibleand tastefully decorated and provided the full range of services onemight want. This fact made me feel really safe to came back to the hotel at night. The team was kindly since the reception until helping with useful informations as I needed.
