Staff are always pleasant & desk staff all speak good english very helpful with maps & directions even go out of their way to make everything run smooth for your stay in Paris a time to remember. The location was perfect as well as it was just 2 mins walk from the bus stop and metro station.   Everything. Staff was so kind and helped us in many ways ( especially with the luggage lost by the airline). They will remember me for the rest of their life. I think we called hundreds of times to the airport with their help. Hotel is very close to Sacre Coeur and Jules Joffrin metro station. From there you can get anywhere in Paris. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in
