  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.
