  L'Hôtel Particulier was a great place to stay in Bordeaux. It is located right near the Cathedral in the old quarter, extremely close to restaurants and shopping. Public transportation from the train station and the airport are within walking distances. The facilities are ideal for an extended stay, with a kitchenette and sitting area. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.

  For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. The hotel is staffed 24h a day. - Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!
