  Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful. They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
